Physicians have access to our pathologists for consultations. We have medical directors for each of our specialty areas who are available to discuss results with providers and provide answers to their questions.

For answers to your questions about test requirements, results availability, clinical services or anything else, our dedicated Client Services team is available 24/7. Staffed by expert medical technologists, our Client Service Specialists are ready to help, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All representatives are experienced in answering a wide variety of hospital, physician and patient questions and can find any information you need.

Communication & Reports
We utilize the country’s leading health information exchange portals to make it easy for providers to order tests, access results and communicate with our team of experts.
We work with providers to determine the preferred method of reporting. Reports are available via digital interface or provided to doctors via secure email, fax or hand delivery. We interface with multiple systems and can provide preliminaries for physicians upon request. When necessary, we report the occurrence of certain diseases to the state laboratory.
